What Are The Class Prerequisites?

  • You must have the current BLS Manual
  • You must pay the $45 class fee upon arrival to the class (CASH ONLY)
  • You must have a working and accessible personal email to receive cards (your work or business email will not be accepted)

What Happens If I am Late?

If you are 10 minutes late the doors will be locked and you will have to reschedule. You are allowed to reschedule ONE TIME ONLY.


When Will I Receive My CPR Card(s)?

You will receive your CPR card(s) at the completion of class, unless other arrangements have been made.

What If I Forget To Call Or Show Up?

You must call to reschedule or you will not be permitted to attend another class.


What If My Primary Language Is Not English?

Spanish: No hablamos español

French: On ne parle pas français

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate your needs. You can find classes that are taught in your primary language on the American Heart Association Website.

What If I Have A Group Who Needs CPR Training?

If you have a group of people that need CPR training, business or personal you can contact us directly to schedule an on-site group class.

How Many Times Can I Reschedule?

You are permitted to reschedule one time if you call the instructor to make arrangements. Rescheduling will only be accepted via phone call.

What Type Of Payment Options Do You Accept?

We accept cash ONLY.


Can Classes Be Cancelled?

Yes, classes can be cancelled due to instructor illness, dangerous weather conditions, and low enrollment. If you are in a class that has low enrollment, you will be contacted by the instructor, and moved to the next class date that works for you.

Do You Offer Weekend Classes?

Yes, we offer classes every Saturday for individuals.

We offer Sunday classes upon request for groups or businesses with a minimum of 8 students. You must reserve this request by making a prepayment of the full amount.


Is There Anything I Need To Complete Before The Class?

No.

How Far In Advance Do I Need To Schedule A Company Group Session?

It is best that you schedule within 2 weeks depending on the number of participants and your location.


How Long Is Class?

Classes are approximately 3 hours but can be prolonged depending on when the course content is completed. This class is self paced and this learning approach may call for more time.

What If I Don’t Pass The Class?

This class has a 100% passing rate. You are guaranteed to pass the class with our instructors. You will be remediated by our instructors individually, if necessary.


Will You Travel To Teach At Local Businesses?

Yes, we will travel to local businesses with a minimum of 8 students and a prepayment of the full amount for the class. There are no refunds.

How Far Will You Travel?

We will travel a maximum of 50 miles with a minimum of 10 students and a prepayment of the full amount for the class. There are no refunds.


When Will I Receive My Card?

You will receive an e-card via the personal email you used to register for your class in 2-3 business days. If you haven’t received your e-card, please check your spam folder first. If you don’t find it there contact your instructor here.

Is The Card Accepted Everywhere?

Yes.


How Long Is The Card Good For?

Your card will be good for 2 years.

Where Is Parking Available?

There is parking in the front and back of the school building.


Is There A Dress Code?

No, there is no dress code. Please wear what makes you feel comfortable.
